Introduction to OTM

The OTM series offers tailor-made cast steel/iron components for rail vehicles (high-speed trains, locomotives), including brake shoes, rear plate seats, elevator wheels, and drive shafts. Certified to EN15085, our solutions integrate advanced casting technologies like sodium silicate sand, pre-coated sand, furan resin sand, and V-process lines to ensure precision and durability.

Production process of OTM

Components are cast using automated molding lines, followed by heat treatment, CNC machining, and non-destructive testing (NDT). The V-process line enables vacuum-sealed molds for superior part consistency.

Applications of OTM

• Brake shoes: Critical for train braking efficiency and safety.
• Drive shafts: Power transmission in locomotives and railcars.
• All components comply with ISO/AREMA standards and are validated for fatigue resistance in rail operations.

 Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build drawings for you after we get your samples too.
Q5: How do you do Quality Control before delivery?
A: Quality inspection is a very important factor to guarantee the quality of steel casting parts. We follow 3 times of inspection during the whole production process. And we will provide material testing report, dimensional testing report, and mechanical properties testing report to our clients before delivery.
