This suspension rib plate adopts a hollow frame structure constructed by a three-dimensional topology optimization algorithm, and through numerical simulation technology, the stress distribution is precisely controlled to the millimeter level. While maintaining the longitudinal stiffness of the traditional suspension system, it innovatively introduces a lateral flexible buffer unit, forming a unique “rigid and flexible” mechanical system. The core load-bearing area uses a honeycomb-shaped reinforcing rib array, with each rib plate capable of withstanding dynamic loads up to 1,200kN, a 40% increase in load-bearing efficiency compared to traditional structures.

The main body of the component is made of a new type of alloy composite material, with a 2mm thick nano-crystalline strengthening layer formed through gradient heat treatment. Using 3D printing additive manufacturing technology, the traditional manufacturing process requiring 87 steps is compressed into 8 continuous steps. The laser selective melting process achieves a forming accuracy of 0.05mm, combined with five-axis linkage precision processing, ensuring that the surface roughness of key contact surfaces reaches Ra0.2μm. The modular design shortens the replacement operation time to 45 minutes, significantly improving maintenance efficiency.
