Gearbox: The Core Hub of Power Transmission
As the "power converter" connecting the traction motor and the wheel set, modern railway vehicle gearboxes have evolved into highly integrated precision transmission systems. They feature a split-cast box structure with a three-stage reduction gear set, which can convert the high-speed output of the motor (typically 1500-4000 rpm) into a torque output suitable for wheel-rail contact (approximately 20-50 kN·m). The innovative variable cross-section gear set design, combined with tooth profile modification technology, boosts transmission efficiency to over 98.5% while reducing noise by 6-8 dB(A).

And we will provide material testing report, dimensional testing report, and mechanical properties testing report to our clients before delivery.
