Introduction of Wind Generator Housing

The casting-driven Generator housing is the core structural component in the industrial-driven Generator system. A precision casting process makes it and is mainly used to support the Wind Driven Generator impeller, guide the airflow direction and provide protection for the internal transmission components. Its design combines the principles of fluid mechanics and the concept of mechanical structure optimization.  Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build drawings for you after we get your samples too.
Q5: How do you do Quality Control before delivery?
A: Quality inspection is a very important factor to guarantee the quality of steel casting parts. We follow 3 times of inspection during the whole production process. And we will provide material testing report, dimensional testing report, and mechanical properties testing report to our clients before delivery.
