Mainstream products are mostly made of HT250 gray cast iron or QT450 ductile iron and are formed by sand casting or lost foam casting. Gray cast iron has good shock absorption and wear resistance, while ductile iron has increased the tensile strength by 30%-40% while maintaining the casting advantages. For special working conditions, high-temperature resistant alloys (working temperature ≤650℃) or duplex stainless steel materials (corrosion resistance grade C4) can be selected. The surface can be shot, peened, or nitrided to improve the service life in harsh environments significantly.
